Hey everyone! I’m Tony Caldwell, and I want to thank you for checking out the Refinery Radio website!
Just a quick snapshot of who I am. I’m an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, serving for over three decades. Currently I am privileged to minister to the Hinesville First United Methodist Church – a beautiful congregation in coastal Georgia.
My background includes communications and history, which will naturally influence the content on this site. My academic journey has led me to acquire a Master of Divinity, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies, and in 2004, a Doctor of Ministry in Church Leadership from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C.
One of my greatest joys is being married to my wonderful wife, Kim, since 1981. We share a passion for reading, music, antiquing, and traveling. We are proud parents to our two musically gifted sons, who enrich their church communities through their talents. We are incredibly blessed with their loving families and our grandchildren.
We all need a good dose of encouragement.
